Good Workout Music

I've recently started working my fat ass out. I need to get in shape. So anywho, I downloaded this song from iTunes a while ago (it was one of those free Starbucks songs) and it's good to work out to. It's called "Mr. Hurricane" and it's by Beast. You can listen to it on their MySpace page or here:

It kind of sounds like Maroon 5, doesn't it?

I also like this song by them called "Microcyte":

A few more good workout songs:

And for the record, some bad workout songs:

Good for you, Karyn! This is great. I am on the HAES (Health At Every Size) kick and while I could stand to lose some weight, losing it is not my objective. I just wanna be healthy and since I hate working out, I dance instead. My favorite dance-as-exercise song is Rapper's Delight by Sugar Hill Gang. It's 15 minutes long and I can shake my booty to it twice and work up a good sweat. I am also about to start photo-tours, walking around my neighborhood taking pictures. I am blessed to live in a great area and I have a new camera so I'm going to get exercise while grabbing some pretty pictures.

How's the vegetarian lifestyle going?

Love both songs!! way cool

Check out Lee Walczak on myspace. He is a friend of mine (actually I'm friends with his mother) and is just 16 years old. he writes and records music. he has been singing before he could talk. "Taken" was his first song and he wrote and recorded it when he was just 15. I love it and maybe you will too! not good workout music but just trying to give him a plug.

haha....my word verification is conable

I have been such a slacker lately and am totally doing the cliche "go to the gym more" new years resolution. And to sit up straight. But when I am at the gym some of my fave treadmill songs are:

"Breathe" Fabolous
"Jigga What vs. Faint" and "Numb/Encore" Jay-Z and Linkin Park
"Seventeen Years" Ratatat
"Get Together" Madonna
...pretty much anything by The Killers
